BDHL welcome three new members to the Team
BDHL is settling in well to its new office; 17 Mount Ephraim in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Since our relocation the office has been a hive of activity with a number of visits from the insurance companies the BDHL team works with. The future looks exciting for the company as does the many updated and innovative products hitting the marketplace that are likely to be a perfect fit for many of our clients.
BDHL is also delighted to announce three new additions to its team; Harriet, Charlie and Josh. They bring insurance experience and knowledge as well as being charismatic and personable people. BDHL believes in delivering a consistently high, dedicated and friendly customer service experience at all times.
Harriet, Charlie and Josh very much look forward to chatting to clients and providers over the coming months.

“After working within health insurance for 3 ½ years, I wanted to build on my knowledge and further my career within the industry and BDHL is the perfect place for me to do so. I joined the lovely BDHL team in April 2017 and I look forward to learning more with Berwick Devoil and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.”
What Charlie has to say…..
“Prior to working at BDHL, I was an accidental claims handler for a motor insurance company, dealing with my own personal clients and ensuring that they receive quality service, in which deadlines are met to ensure that my clients received the smoothest journey possible.
As of the end of March 2017 I joined BDHL, in which I took on a support role for the account managers. My role is to assist the account managers in their day to day jobs, and to make sure everything is running smoothly to make sure our attention can be diverted directly to our clients.
I feel that I have settled in well at BDHL, with a great level of support from my colleagues, and look forward learning more about the ever changing healthcare industry.”
